If you have a vehicle that is five years old you probably have some form of ADAS on it, if you have a newer vehicle then you probably have many ADAS safety systems on board. Advanced Drivers Assistance Systems have proven to be lifesaving devices and are continuing to be adapted by all manufactures. ADAS can be very complicated and extremely difficult to diagnose and repair without very accurate equipment, specifically trained technicians access to OEM Software and a specifically built to Manufactures standards calibration building. We assure you that we are the cutting edge of ADAS and that your safety is our #1 concern.
We will do a full diagnostic scan and recalibrate all cameras and sensors in your vehicle. We can only quote price after Pre Scans are complete. This is due to the interlinking safety systems that may be affected by windshield replacement as well as misaligned vehicle or body panels. MAJOR Auto Glass companies are not recalibrating your vehicle as recommended by the manufacture.
This is a REQUIREMENT and not a recommendation, if your insurance company refuses to re calibrate your vehicle please let us call your adjuster for you. Many times the insurance companies don't understand which procedures are required.
ADAS is a complex interlinking safety system. Sometimes a part just fails, or it comes out of calibration. this can cause a variety of symptoms that seems unrelated to ADAS but are in fact your car trying to tell you that somethings wrong. We can diagnose and repair your system.
Even the slightest hit on bumper cover may alter your radar or thermal sensors. The most troubling are the Collision Avoidance and Adaptive Cruise Control Systems.
If your 360 cameras are out of sync your images will not line up on screen with seamless clarity. Your backup sensors and trailer towing sensors if you have them will not be synchronized. Especially on trucks and vans.
Most Manufactures recommend recalibration after a 4 wheel alignment is performed. The centerline on the vehicle known as the Thrust Angle is what all the ADAS sensors are calibrated to.
